Welcome to SIMA CAR. These Terms and Conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of SIMA CAR's services. By booking a ride with us, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

  • SIMA CAR provides taxi services within Cambodia and cross-border services to Thailand, Vietnam, and Laos.
  • Our services include local transportation, airport transfers, city tours, and customized travel solutions.

2. Booking and Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via phone, email, or our website.
  • A booking is confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from SIMA CAR.
  • Please ensure all details provided during the booking process are accurate.

3. Payments

  • Payment for services can be made in cash, credit card, or via mobile payment platforms.
  • All payments must be made at the time of service or as per the agreed terms during booking.
  • Prices are subject to change, but confirmed bookings will not be affected.

4. Cancellations and Refunds

  • 50% refund if cancelled 24 hours in advance of the travel time, otherwise there is no refund.
  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7 business days.

5. Passenger Conduct

  • Passengers must comply with all local laws and regulations during the journey.
  • Passengers must wear seat belts at all times.
  • Smoking, consumption of alcohol, and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
  • Any damage caused to the vehicle by the passenger will be charged to the passenger.

6. Luggage and Personal Items

  • Passengers are responsible for their luggage and personal items.
  • SIMA CAR is not liable for any loss or damage to personal belonging.
  • Please inform us in advance if you have excess or oversized luggage.

7. Liability

  • SIMA CAR is not liable for any delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control.
  • Our liability for any claim arising from the provision of our services shall be limited to the amount paid by the passenger for the service.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

  • SIMA CAR respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data.
  • Personal information collected during the booking process will be used solely for providing the service and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions

  • SIMA CAR reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
  • Any changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately.

10. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Cambodia.
  • Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cambodia.
